Clipper Blade Sharpening
Blades that arrive between monday & fridat are sharpened and sent out (1st class)
the same day they arrive.
Blades that arrive on saturday are sharpened and sent out on monday.
Clipper Servicing & Repair
Clippers are first diagnosed within 10-15 working days. As of 27/11/17, we are working on clippers that arrived on 14/11/17.
Where we are told to use our own judgement on repair viability we can carry out repairs straight away.
Where we are told to provide a quote first there could be delays depending on how quickly we get a response. A quote will be provided straight away.
Shear Ease will be closed from 17:00 on Wednesday, 21st December and re-open at 9:00 on Tuesday, 3rd January.
We will be working hard to clear the backlog as quickly as possible when we re-open . This usually takes around 5 working days, please be patient with us at that time.
