Sooner or later clippers will be in need of repair or periodic service. Whether its been a while since the last service or clipper has been damaged or just isn’t functioning 100 percent, Shear Ease is the solution! Our excellent, in depth service and repair of your clippers are usually carried out within 5 working days, but during busy periods may take up to 10 working days.

We service Lister, Wolseley, Liveryman, Hauptner, Aesculap & Heiniger clippers and stock a huge range of parts
for them so there is not usually any need to wait for us to order parts.

PLEASE NOTE:
Price is to service the clipper and inward and return tracked 24 postage. Any parts needed will be at additional cost.
As standard, we use our discretion in deciding if a clipper is economical to repair and carry out work accordingly.
Alternatively we will follow instructions on the enclosed advise slip .
We use new parts as standard but we can sometimes source good quality used parts if specifically requested.
Quotes are free and include a strip down, diagnosis and a technicians report.
Should you not wish for us to carry out the work we can re-assemble them, provide a copy of the technician’s report and send them back to you for £30, we will refund the balance of your payment.
Alternatively clipper can be left with us this will only incur a £10.00 charge to cover inward postage and handling,we will refund the balance of your payment.

Pack your clipper in a box with plenty of padding to survive the postal system.

Include your name, address, phone number, order no and an explanation of any problems your having with your clipper.

Use our tracked 24 postage label, you will find the link on your confirmation email.
Stick the address section to the front of your package.
